The experience of building a new playground or modifying an existing play area should be fun. So many times today, customers are bombarded with tension of new construction, getting the designs compliant with Federal Guidelines, and choosing between manufacturers. At Kidz Zone Play Systems, we have worked hard to make this process as effortless and enjoyable as possible. We have even had customers use the word "fun" when describing the way we approach their playground project. Below is the process of how we create your play area:- Contact Kidz Zone by phone or email to request information. We will follow up with information, phone call, or information packet.
- A sales representative will contact you, and even come visit you on your site to hear your vision and discuss various options for your project.
Several goals on site are:
A) Hear your goals and aspirations of your future play area.
B) See your site for any construction obstacles.
C) Listen to your needs and budget restrictions.
D) Show you designs and offer suggestions during the meeting.
- Sales representative will set a secondary appointment to come back and present a formal design in CAD (Computer Aided Design) along with items and samples. These designs will be compliant with all CPSC and ASTM guidelines. Also ADA guidelines will be examined and explained. Estimates of initial designs will be given.
- Upon purchase of a proposal, your sales representative will guide you through the order process. Verifying colors and components desired, discussing site preparation that might be necessary, and answering any questions you might have about installation, is all part of this step.
- Your representative will then coordinate delivery and installation dates with you. They will work with in-house installers to complete your project.
- After the sale, we are here. We desire to be your Park and Playground Vendor for Life. We want to service you after the sale with any necessary items that may come up.
